My name is Florence, I discovered my love of creating outdoor spaces whilst spending a summer working on a self-sustainable eco farm in the middle of Portugal. I fell in love with utilising what’s on the land and building with recycled materials.

Upon returning to the UK, I worked as a gardener and then began formal training in Horticulture at University College Oxford and then onto do my Diploma in Garden Design at KLC.

I set up independently in Oxford, then through word of mouth my business bloomed to something much larger than what I could manage alone. That is why, Gracious Herbaceous was born!

My fabulous team and I love to create and care for gardens that cater for you, your family and the wild life it holds. We have a passion for using naturalistic planting schemes, local materials and recycling where possible.

With 10 years experience in garden maintenance, we know how to design with maintenance in mind.
